HCR 245: Sleep, Sleep Disorders and Behavior
This 3-credit course has a General Studies Social and Behavioral Sciences designation. It focuses on the nature, organization, function, and biopsychosocial determinants of sleep and sleep disorders across the lifespan, emphasizing the social and behavioral processes that influence them.

- Apply principles of sleep regulation and treatments to improve your own sleep as well as the sleep of the greater community
HCR 294 / 494: Team-Based Research Practicum (Sleep & Health Lab)
This 1-3 credit course is a team-based, hands-on lab/research experience led by Dr. Petrov.
